Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing and licensed by the Virginia Board of Nurses to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. One year of medical / surgical nursing experience and / or home health experience. Ability to take after hours calls and participate in flexible scheduling. Excellent time management skills, organizational skills. Ability to meet the agency's conditions of employment, provision of satisfactory work references, and a state record check. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision. Ability to provide reliable transportation. IV and phlebotomy experience necessary, but willing to train.
Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist
Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school. The PT and OT must be licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Speech Language Pathologist is licensed by the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech Pathology (and again most of the requirements that apply to the nursing position).
Certified Nursing Assistants Must be a graduate of a state approved educational program for Certified Nursing Assistants.
